How to Make Ginger and Lemon Tea
You will need the following ingredients:
- Fresh organic lemons
- Fresh ginger root or ginger powder, as much as you can handle
- Clean water
Optional Ingredients are:
- Raw honey for taste
- Mint or peppermint leaves or both
- Soak your fresh ginger roots in water for some minutes to enable dirt go off easily
- Wash your lemons under running water and slice them into 2 equal half
- Juice them and keep the juice aside.
- Wash your fresh ginger roots and make sure it is well cleaned, don’t peel the skin because it contains up to six phytochemicals that are important to your body.
- Grate the ginger roots or crush them and add it to 2 cups of water on a stove.
