How to Make Papaya Juice
You will need the following:
- A medium sized pawpaw (papaya)
- Half lemon or fresh lemon juice
- A pinch of black pepper
- A piece of aloe
- A half cup of milk
- A cup of fresh pineapple juice
- Ice cubes
- Wash your papaya thoroughly and peel it and then you chop it into medium sizes
- Pour it in a blender. Cut open the aloe vera leaf and scoop in the gel using a spoon and put it in the blender also.
- You can add three tablespoons of raw honey and a pinch of black pepper for taste. Add the milk, lemon juice, and pineapple juice.
- Cover the blender and blend it until it is smooth.
