- Clean water
- Organic cucumber, diced
- Watermelon diced
- Organic apple, diced
- Diced pineapple or pineapple juice
How to Make Hibiscus Herbal Tea
- Boil clean water in a pot
- When the water is boiling, add your ground ginger root or ginger powder
- Leave it to boil for some minutes and then you remove the pot from heat.
- Leave it to cool or get warm and then you sieve it
- Discard the leaves and ginger particles
- Add the fresh pineapple juice and diced fruits
