How to Roast Watermelon Seeds
One of the common ways to consume watermelon seeds is by roasting them. Get the seeds you want to roast together and preheat the oven to 325F. Place the seeds on the baking sheet and leave them in the oven for 15 minutes.
You can stir them halfway to ensure that they are well roasted and they have a crispy feel. You can add a little olive oil and salt to enhance the taste, you can use sugar or cinnamon in place of salt.
You can choose the flavor you want your roasted watermelon seeds to have, you can add chili powder or lime juice, and some even add cayenne pepper. When they are well roasted, you can store them in a clean container with a tight lid.
